INSTALL FITTING WITH OR WITHOUT DECK ESCUTCHEON

Turn off hot and cold water
supplies before beginning.

Apply a bead of putty to bottom edge of ESCUTCHEON

Installation of ESCUTCHEON

Insert supply TUBES

and SHANK

through center hole of ESCUTCHEON

(if used) and sink.

Make certain the large O-RING

is properly seated in recess of faucet body.

Assemble RUBBER WASHER

, BRASS WASHER

, and threaded LOCKNUT

onto SHANK

from underside

of sink. Hand tighten LOCKNUT

and check that rotation of HANDLE

from HOT to COLD is centered.

Use a screwdriver to tighten the SCREWS

on LOCKNUT

the screws slightly each time until all are snug to ensure even pressure.
