Assemble RUBBER WASHER

and threaded LOCKNUT

onto SHANK

of sink or mounting surface. Hand tighten LOCKNUT

and check that rotation of HANDLE

from HOT to COLD

is centered.
Use a screwdriver to tighten SCREWS

on LOCKNUT
