MC10 USER GUIDE

FOOD PREPARATION

Operate the appliance in short bursts. Never allow the
motor to run continuously for more than 30 seconds. This
is especially important when processing butter and
cheese, as doing so may over-run the motor.
It may be necessary with some foods to stop the unit, and
re-distribute the food before continuing. Always unplug
the appliance before removing the lid.
PULSE MODE: To get finely chopped food, operate the
appliance with several very short presses of the operating
switch.

OPERATION

REMOVING THE FOOD

Disconnect the appliance from the mains

Remove the lid

Remove the blade place it in a secure location before

Assemble the appliance, with the food in the bowl, plug
the unit into the mains supply and switch on at the mains.

After preparation, place the food into the bowl and close
the lid. (Refer to the previous page).

CARE AND CLEANING

After Use:

If the motor is warm, allow it to cool fully.

After cleaning: Reassemble the appliance, loosely
coil the cable and store the unit in a dry cool
cupboard out of the reach of children and pets.
