NOTE: BEFORE USING SCALE, REMOVE RED TAB TO ACTIVATE BATTERIES OR

SCALE WILL NOT OPERATE.

Battery Replacement

1 . L o c a t e t h e b a t t e r y c o v e r o n t h e b a c k e d g e o f t h e s c a l e .
2. Squeeze black tabs on both sides of battery compartment and slide the battery

c o m p a r t m e n t o u t t o r e p l a c e 3-volt b a t t e r i e s . ( T h e b a t t e r y c o m p a r t m e n t s l i d e s i n / o u t . )

S c a l e U s e

1. Choose pounds (LB) or kilograms (KG) using the selector switch located on bottom of scale.

“Cal’, then ‘0.0’ and either “LB’ or ‘KG”.

5 . S t e p o n s c a l e a n d p o s i t i o n y o u r f e e t i n a m a n n e r t h a t w i l l d i s t r i b u t e y o u r w e i g h t e v e n l y

6 . I f y o u r e m a i n s t a n d i n g o n s c a l e a f t e r w e i g h t h a s d i s p l a y e d , w e i g h t w i l l c o n t i n u e t o

d i s p l a y f o r 1 0 s e c o n d s a n d t h e n t u r n s o f f a u t o m a t i c a l l y .

7 . I f y o u s t e p o f f s c a l e i m m e d i a t e l y a f t e r w e i g h t h a s d i s p l a y e d , w e i g h t w i l l c o n t i n u e t o

d i s p l a y f o r 3 - 4 s e c o n d s b e f o r e r e t u r n i n g t o z e r o a n d t h e n t u r n s o f f a u t o m a t i c a l l y .

To close the

scale: Securely hold scale by the handle. Fold the scale platform upward

towards the handle, ensuring the scale locks in the closed position.

If ‘Err’ is displayed, scale has exceeded the 330 lb. (150 kg.) maximum weight load.
