POWER
For operation of Rotary Mower and Sickle Bar
a power take-off attachment is required. This
consists of the power take-off assembly,
pulley
for bevel gear shaft, drive belt, belt guard, and belt
packaged in one carton.

1. Mount
pulley to

3. Push pivot pin through the holes in bracket and
t u b e u n t i l t h e p o s i t i o n o f c o t t e r p i n h o l e i n p i v o t
pin is as shown in figure 3. Secure in position with

4. Remove hex cap screw
from frame
and
bracket in place under lift lever quadrant.
See figure 4. Position the pivot bar assembly flush
against bottom of lift quadrant and re-install hex
cap screw and
Check alignment of
drive pulley on bevel gear shaft, driven pulley of
power
and idler pulley, and adjust driving
p u l l e y i f n e c e s s a r y .
