XGA Portable Multimedia Projector

IMPRESSIVE BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST RATIO

A 300W NSH lamp combined with Sanyo’s high-contrast optical
system with Micro Lens technology delivers an impressive
4500 ANSI lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 1100:1.

NETWORK CONTROL / ADMINISTRATION

Sanyo’s optional PJ-Net Organizer Plus allows for control and
administration of a projector via a network. Projector status
can be monitored, and projector functions can be controlled
through a web browser. A notification can be automatically
sent via E-mail whenever the projector encounters a problem,
allowing the administrator to act quickly to resolve the issue.

NETWORK IMAGE TRANSFER

The optional PJ-Net Organizer Plus also provides for the
transfer of image data from a PC through the network to the
projector. The Image Capture Mode allows for real-time image
capture and transmission. In the Network Viewer mode, image
data can be called up from a network server, converted using
the included software, and controlled and presented on the
networked projector.

SANYO’s NEW PROGRESSIVE IC

A newly developed progressive integrated circuit provides
highly improved playback of moving images. 1080 interlaced
signals are converted into progressive signals while 2-3
pulldown doubles the resolution of images from DVD playback.

HDCP COMPLIANT DIGITAL VISUAL INTERFACE

The digital visual interface (DVI-D) of the PLC-XP55/L is High-
bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) compliant for
playback of encrypted digital video sources.

UNIQUE COLOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Sanyo’s color management system allows you to change the
shading of a specific color in the image to a desired shade
without affecting other colors or adjustment items such as tint
or white balance.

OPTIONAL REAL COLOR MANAGER SYSTEM

The optional Real Color Manager System provides white
balance adjustment and gamma correction from a PC using the
included image adjustment software by simply comparing the
on-screen image to a printed color chart.

CUSTOMIZABLE START-UP LOGO

The PLC-XP55/L can capture logo files to display during the
projector’s countdown sequence at startup.

BAYONET-STYLE ONE-TOUCH LENS REPLACEMENT

Attaching the included One-Touch lens mount adapters to your
lenses makes installation and removal of our optional lenses
quick and easy.
