1. Drain pump installation

1.1 Use tools to unscrew side sheet metals.

1)Unscrew 2 screws of the left cover pipe;

2)Unscrew 4 screws of middle square sheet matal,then

remove this square sheet;

3)Unscrew 2 screws of the right cover control.

1.2 As shown the picture,install the drain pump

1)Make the connection wires of drain pump and

float switch through the rubber wire cover on the side of

the partition,and stretching into the control box;

2)Use4 screws to fix the cover plate of the dain pump.

2. Wire connection

2.1Drain pump wire connection

1)Connect the drain pump connection wire and float switch

connection wire,and pay attention to match the colors

between the wires and their corresponding terminals

while connecting.

2)Bundle up the connection wires of drain pump and float

switch with cable ties.

Caution

- The color of drain pump connection wire is yellow terminal
- The color of float switch connection wire is black terminal

비고

1.배수 펌프 설치

1.1 도구를 이용하여 나사를 풀어 주십시오.

1）제품 측면의 나사 2개를 풀어 주십시오.

2）제품 측면의 사각형 캐비넷의 나사 4개를

풀어주십시오.

3）우측 컨트롤 박스의 나사 2개를 풀어

주십시오.

1.2 그림과 같이 배수펌프를 설치하여 주십시오.

1）배수펌프 연결선 및 플로팅 스위치 연결선은

중간 캐비넷에 위치한 러버 홀을 통과하여 컨

트롤 박스에 장착하여 주십시오.

2）나사 4개를 이용하여 배수펌프를 고정하여

주십시오.

2. 와이어 연결

2.1 배수펌프 연결선을 연결하십시오.

1）중간 홀을 통과하여 배수펌프 연결선 및

플로팅 스위치 연결선을 컨트롤 박스내 각각

의 색과 일치하는 단자에 장착하여 주십시오.

2）케이블 타이를 이용하여 배수 연결선 및

플로팅 스위치 연결선을 고정하여 주십시오.

주의

- 배수펌프 연결선은 노란색 단자입니다.

- 프롤팅 스위치 연결선은 검은색 단자입니다.

2. Wire connection

2.2 Install the cover control.

- Use 2 screws removed before to fix it.

3. Block the drain hose

3.1 Insert the rubber cap into the end of the drain hose .

In order to avoid leakage,its front head face must be closed to

end of the drain hose after installing.

4. Drain hose installation

4.1 Connect the drain hose as the right picture

1)Insert the drain hose to the bottom of the outfall of drain

pump water basin

2)Lock steel ring of the drain hose according to the figure

3)Wind and wrap steel ring and drain hose fully with thermal

insulation sponge;fix both ends of external layer with ribbon

for thermal insulation

4)Check if the drain cap blocks the outfall of drain pan properly.

Caution

Do not use adhesives on the clamp part of drain hose
connection.

switch setting

5.1 Power-on and use the wireless remote controller set the drain

pmup option.

Set the 02 series install option (SEG8) to be "2":
"Use+3 minutes dealy".

Caution

Setting values are described as below
0: Disuse
1:Use
2:When an indoor unit stops,drain pump will remain operate

for 3 minutes

6. Drainage test

6.1 Check for water leakage as below

1)Pour about 2 liters of water into the indoor unit from the gap

of the cover pipe.

2)Check whether the drain pump works correctly by operating

cool mode.

3)If water leaks,check whether the indoor unit is installed on

level ground and connection of darin hose,drain pipe,drain
pump is correct.If not,proper action should be taken

.

Caution

After completing the drain pump installation,drainage test
should be performed

7. Install cover pipe plate

7.1 Install the cover pipe

- Use 2 screws removed before to fix it.

The drain pump must be installed by a qualified installer

.

●

Before installation,ensure that you have turned off the main power.

●

The drain pump manufactured by Samsung should be used only.

●

Manufacturing company is not responsible for the claims caused by the drain pump which is modified at one's own discretion.

2.2 컨트롤 박스 커버를 설치하십시오.

- 사용 하기전 나사 2개를 이용하여 고정해 주십시오.

3.배수판 배수구

밀봉

3.1 그림과 같이 배수 소켓으로 배수판 배수구를

막아주십시오.

4.배수유연호스 설치

4.1 그림과 같이 배수 호스를 연결 하십시오．

1）배수 호스를 그림과 같이 장착해주십시오．

호스가 소켓에 그림과 같이 들어가도록 삽입하

되 한번에 과도한 힘을 주지 않도록 하십시오．

2）그림과 같이 배수 호스가 분리되지 않도록

클램프를 조여 고정해 주십시오．

3）

밀봉스폰지를 사용하여 배수호스를 감싸주십시오．

4）케이블 타이를 이용하여 배수호스 단열재를

고정해주십시오．

주의

배수 호스 연결시 클램프 장착 부위는 접착제를

사용하지 마십시오．

누수의 원인이 될수 있습니다．

5.스위치 설정

5.1 전원 투입후 무선리모컨을 사용하여 옵션 설정을

하십시오.

02시리즈 옵션 8번째 자리 숫자(SEG8)는 "2":

"사용+3분 지연"으로

설정합니다.

옵션은 다음과 같이 정의합니다.
0：미사용
1：사용

2：실내기 정지시 배수 펌프 3분간 작동

6.배수 시험

6.1 다음과 같이 누수 검사를 하십시오.

1）실내기 배수판에 2L정도의 물을 그림과 같이

부어주십시오.

2）냉방운전을 하여 배수 펌프가 바르게 작동

하는지 확인하십시오.

3）누수가 발생하였을 경우,실내기의 수평여부,

배수 호스 접속부분,배수관 연결부분,배수펌프

연결등이 바르게 되었는지 점검하여 반드시

조치를 취하여 주십시오.

주의

배수 펌프 설치 완료후 반드시 배수 시험을 진

행하시기 바랍니다.

7.캐비넷 커버 설치

7.1 캐비넷 커버를 설치하여 주십시오.

- 나사 2개를 이용하여 고정하여 주십시오.

주의

배수 펌프 설치는 반드시 설치전문가에 의해 설치되어야 합니다.
