1 Year limited Warranty Parts and Labor
PURSONIC warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year covering parts
and Labor from the date of original purchase. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please
return the product with proof of warranty coverage ( copy of receipt), description of defect, transportation prepaid to:

This warranty does not apply to any products that has been damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse or
negligence. The extent of PURSONIC's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above
and in no event shall the company's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the product. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
A minimum of $10 will be charged for any repair service beyond 1 year from the date of original purchase. Also a $10
money order made payable to PURSONIC must be included to cover return shipping and handling charges.
