1.
Remove
BBQ
grill
and
all
components
from
the
storage
bag.
Make
sure
to
remove
all
cardboard
and/or
plastic
from
all
parts
before
using
the
grill.
2.
Unfold
the
legs
(away
from
the
center)
and
place
the
grill
on
a
secured
and
level
surface.
Place
the
grate
on
top
of
the
BBQ
grill.
3.
Locate
the
locknut
on
the
side
of
the
BBQ
grill.
Align
the
BBQ
screw
post
of
the
regulator
with
the
locknut
of
the
grill.
Turn
the
locknut
clockwise
until
the
propane
regulator
is
secured.
Do
not
over
tighten
as
this
may
cause
damage
to
the
screw
post.
A
small
wrench
may
be
used,
but
is
not
necessary
to
form
a
proper
connection.
(Wrench
not
included.)
4.
Attach
a
propane
(LP)
gas
tank
to
the
grill
according
to
the
manufacturer’s
directions
printed
on
the
canister.
Be
sure
to
follow
manufacturer’s
directions
for
use
to
avoid
injury.
The
grill
is
now
ready
to
light.
5.
How
to
light
–
Using
a
BBQ
lighter
or
fireplace
matches,
insert
flame
through
an
open
exterior
hole
at
the
bottom
of
grill
so
flame
reaches
into
the
grill’s
interior.
Turn
knob
to
“on”
position;
BBQ
should
ignite
immediately,
at
which
point
one
should
remove
the
flame
source.
If
BBQ
does
not
ignite
within
2
seconds,
turn
knob
“off”,
wait
20
seconds
and
repeat
previous
steps.
ALWAYS
BE
SURE
TO
INTRODUCE
FLAME
SOURCE
BEFORE
TURNING
GAS
KNOB
TO
“ON”
POSITION.
Turning
gas
knob
on
before
lighting
the
grill
may
likely
result
in
gas
building
up
in
the
gas
line
which
could
cause
serious
injury
when
BBQ
is
lit.

Storing
the
Vulcan
1.
Once
the
BBQ
grill
has
fully
cooled,
remove
the
grate
from
the
BBQ
and
put
aside.
Unscrew
the
regulator
from
the
BBQ
grill,
and
place
it
under
the
heat
plate
at
one
end.
Invert
the
lid
so
that
it
rests
inside
the
grill,
making
sure
the
handle
fits
into
the
cut
‐
out
section
of
the
heat
plate.
2.
Fold
the
legs
of
the
grill
in
(towards
the
center),
making
the
BBQ
grill
as
compact
as
possible.
Place
the
BBQ
grill
in
the
bottom
of
the
storage
bag.
Place
the
BBQ
grill
in
the
bag
on
top
of
the
grate.
Cinch
the
drawstring
to
close
the
bag.
Place
the
bag
in
the
bottom
‐
most
zippered
compartment
of
the
Vulcan.
