General:
The Fusion
™
infrared conveyor toaster is
self- contained, and conveyorized. I t is designed
for counter top use and must be used with the
appropriate 4” (10 cm) legs for proper cooling.
I ntensit y is adjustable from top to bottom.
Conveyor speed is adjustable from 15 seconds to 5
minutes cook ing time. Removable crumb -trays for
ease of cleaning.
Controls
: The controls are located on the front
of the unit. I t includes a power on- off switch,
intensit y control, digital display, conveyor speed
control, four programmable buttons/pre -sets with
a “manual” cook setting mode, conveyor direc tion
control, and sleep mode switch.
Construc tion
: Ex terior is fabricated from No.
4 finish stainless steel. The conveyor belt is a
flexible stainless steel design with capacit y for
10.5” (27 cm) or 15.5” (39 cm) wide produc t and a
travel distance of 34” (86 cm) or 40” (102 cm), of
which 21” (53 cm) or 25” (64 cm) is in the bak ing
chamber. A DC, brushless motor powers the chain
drive conveyor.
