APPLICATION
These plates fit perfectly onto Leviton’s line of fiber
wall- or rack-mount Opt-X enclosures and Leviton’s
multimedia adapter bracket. Opt-X Adapter Plates are
available in ST
®
, SC, LC, MT-RJ, MTP, and
QuickPort
®
snap-in connector styles.
SPECIFICATION
The fiber optic rack-/wall-mount Opt-X adapter plate shall
provide 6, 8, 12, or 24 fibers for ST, SC, LC, MT-RJ, MTP,
and Quick-Port
®
connectors. The adapter plates shall be
compliant with TIA/EIA-568-B. The Adapter Plates shall
accommodate SC, ST, LC, MT-RJ, MTP, and QuickPort
adapters. The metal mounting plates shall be made of 16
gauge steel, powder coated black.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS
• Arrange adapter plates to allow for future growth
• Adapter plates available in ST, LC, SC, MT-RJ, MTP and
QuickPort styles
• Using Opt-X style adapter plates allows use of up to 12 plates
(even Quad LCs) in a 3RU enclosure
• Phosphor bronze sleeve typically used on multimode applications
• Zirconia ceramic sleeve typically used on 50/125µm laser
optimized multimode and single-mode applications

Meets all applicable standards. Compliant with TIA/EIA-568-B.

1.25"H x 4.94"W x .06"D (empty)
Materials:
Constructed of 16 gauge steel, powder
coated black. Blank adapter plates are
made of plastic or metal.
Couplings:
Supports ST, SC, LC, MT-RJ, and MTP adapters
and QuickPort snap-in connectors for F-type,
BNC, etc.
