The Reference KPE and Standard
KPE components are high perfor-
mance phono preamplifiers
designed to work with any moving
coil car -
tridge. The Standard KPE Phono
Preamplifier also supports moving
magnet cartridges. Both versions
offer a wide range of impedance
selection for precise cartridge/phono
preamplifier matching.
Reference KPE
The Reference KPE is optimized for use with moving coil phono
cartridges. The Reference KPE comes factory set with a 70 dB
gain and a 100 Ohm load impedance setting. The available gain
settings include 58, 64, 70, and 76dB. Cartridge loading choices
include 10, 25, 47, 100, 249, 475, 825, and 1000 Ohms.
Standard KPE
The Standard KPE is designed to use either a moving coil or
moving magnet phono cartridge. The Standard KPE comes
factory set in the high-gain, moving coil position with a 100 Ohm
load impedance setting. Cartridge loading choices include 10, 25,
47, 100, 249, 475, 825, 1,000, and 47000 Ohms.
