descrIPTIon

The Extron

VS 200 SL

VideoShift with ShiftLock

™

allows an image to be slowly "orbited" or

shifted around a CRT or plasma display. Using Extron digital sync circuitry, the VS 200 SL is
capable of shifting all types of computer signals, both horizontally and vertically at a very slow
speed that it is imperceptible to the eye. This movement, up to one-fourth or 25% of the image,
set by range adjustment, is all that is required to help prevent CRT or plasma display burn-in.

ShiftLock allows multiple VS 200 SLs to be "sync-locked" together allowing for simultaneous
shifting of multiple images, such as for monitor/projector walls. Because many installations
that require VideoShift to help extend the life span of a CRT or plasma display have multiple
projection screens side-by-side, ShiftLock must be installed so that all images will move
horizontally and vertically at the same time and in the same direction.
