Extron
STP Series
Cables are high performance solutions for the transmission and distribution
of audio and control signals in a variety of A/V applications. These cables are available in plenum
and non-plenum jackets. Each cable includes a tinned copper drain wire on the inside of the
foil shield, which is bonded to the jacket for ease of stripping - single twisted pair models only.
Plenum-rated jackets are constructed with special fire protectant agents for use in applications
where National Electric Code CMP cable must be installed. Plenum cable can be run through
plenum air spaces eliminating the need for conduit, and reducing installation costs.
