The Sola STC-TEL series are single pair Telephone or Data Line Protectors that

implement advanced two-stage hybrid design. These units address over voltage

transients with silicon breakover devices, while sneak and fault currents are

mitigated with PTC technology, which consist of solid state resettable fuses.

These units use two screw terminals to connect a Telco line to the protector. The

equipment to be protected then plugs into the female modular jack on

the STC-TEL.
