The UN38.3 tests were performed by one of the following test houses and were tested to UN Manual
Test and Criteria Revision 6 subsequent revisions or amendments for all current production battery
packs. For older battery packs that are no longer in production, testing was conducted to UN Manual
Test and Criteria Revision 3 Amendment 1 or subsequent revisions or amendments.
*Stanley Black & Decker chooses to perform the Overcharge Test of T7 to demonstrate an extra level of safety. Because our
battery packs are designed to be charged only with Stanley Black & Decker battery chargers, they will never be exposed to the
conditions prescribed in the Overcharge Test.
