3000cn and 3100cn

The Dell Laser Printer 3000cn and the 3100cn are networked colour-capable laser printers priced competitively
with similar-speed monochrome-only products. Designed for small workgroups, both printers offer fast printing
speeds of up to 25 A4 pages per minute in monochrome and 5 A4 pages per minute in colour. Both printers come
with built-in Ethernet networking and a robust 45 000 page monthly duty cycle to meet workgroup print
requirements. The 3100cn offers additional paper input capacity, extra font capability and higher-capacity
toners for maximum print economy. Both printers are quickly and easily expandable with the optional duplex
unit (to enable printing on both sides of the paper), additional input capacity for a maximum of 900 sheets and
upgradeable memory up to 576 MB. Running costs are low with competitive cost per page in both monochrome
and colour print modes.

Both models are designed to replace mono-only printers: the ability to choose between mono and colour output
to a single device means a reduced device footprint and lower cost of acquisition and service costs when
compared with separate monochrome-only and colour print devices, while at the same time the ability to print
all or part of the document in colour boosts output quality, professionalism and retention.

One year on-site Next Business Day service comes as standard on both printers, with extended warranty service
options also available.
