Ex terior top

is one -piece, 22- gauge stainless steel with

integral square nosing on the front.

Ex terior back and bottom

are two -piece 24- gauge galvanized

steel.

Ex terior ends

are stainless steel.

plastic with integral shelves suppor ts. Interior back is one -
piece 22- gauge stainless steel. I nter ior bottom and top
are thermoforned ABS plastic. Base is fully insulated with
high- density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto
Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential),
Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.

Refrigeration

system uses HFC-404A refrigerant. Compressor

is 1/5 H.P., with condenser coil and condensate evaporator
mounted on rear of the cabinet. Evaporator coil are located
on the interior rear wall of the cabinet. Refrigerant flow is
controlled by a capillar y tube. Cabinet maintains an interior
cabinet temperature of 36°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C ).

AC T control.

AC T elec tronic, solid state control, mounted on

the ex terior rear of the cabinet, allows unit to maintain precise
temperatures in heav y duty conditions.

Elec trical

connec tions are 115 volt, 60 Her tz, single phase.

Unit has a 7’ (2.1m) long elec trical cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.

Casters:

Equipment is mounted on 2” (5.08cm) diameter front

lock ing plate casters. 2.5” (6.35cm) ride height.

models has one adjustable epox y- coated wire shelf.

12- gauge stainless steel. Drawer slides are 11- gauge stainless
steel with Delrin bearings. Drawer units have two drawers. Top
drawer holds two 12” x 20” (30.5cm x 50.8cm x 10.1cm), 4"-6"
deep pans. Bottom drawer holds one 12" x 20" and three 1/6
size 4" deep pans. Pans are supplied by others.
