Tape Deck

- Static and hissing on the playback of the cassette are generally causes of a dirty tape deck. We recommend cleaning tape deck

assembly at least once every 20 hours of use.

CD/Record Players

- Skipping related issues are generally caused by a dirty CD player. We recommend cleaning CD/Recorder assemblies using a CD lens

cleaning kit once a year depending on actual usage of the unit.

Wood/Veneer Cabinetry

- Dust frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Wipe the surface in the direction of the grain to remove dirt and fingerprints.

We recommend polishing with Guardsman Furniture Polish© or any furniture polish. We do not recommend the use of aerosol-powered

cleaners, polishes that contain silicone, waxes, abrasives, or are oil based.

ABS Composite Plastic/Vinyl Cabinetry

- Dust frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Clean the unit with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse cloth in clear

water and wring out, then wipe again to remove detergent residue. To prevent damage use a dry cloth to wipe excess moisture.

Storage

- Store in a cool and dry location.

- Lock the tone arm using the latch on the tone arm rest.

- Keep all accessories with the unit i.e. manual, power adapters, etc.
