Remote Management

The Intel PRO/100+ Management Adapter NIC allows for greater network manageability by featuring support for the latest Wired for Management (WfM)

2.0 specification. This adapter also provides advanced management features like Wake on LAN for remote PC Wake-up, Alert on LAN (AoL)

for proactive

monitoring of the PC, and the pre-installed PRO/100 Boot Agent for OS deployment and upgrades.

Wake on LAN (WoL) and Desktop Management Interface (DMI) 2.0

Lowers cost of ownership by allowing remote power-up and upgrade of the PC from a sleep state during non-work hours

Alert on LAN Hardware Support

Allows your PC to proactively inform a management workstation when there is a problem with the PC, such as boot failure, overheating, unauthorized
