To install belt:
1. Pull the orange colored lever shown in
Fig. 1
to release the tension.
2. Align the 3” x 18” sanding belt in position on front and rear rollers (
F i g u re 2
).
Do not
place the belt over the black flange shown in
Fig 3
. Ensure that the arrows on the
sanding belt and on your belt sander are pointing in the same direction.
3. Push the lever to the rear to tension the sanding belt.

Installation de la bande abrasive :
1. Pour relâcher la tension, tirer sur le levier de couleur orange comme indiqué à la
figure 1
.
2. Aligner la bande abrasive de 76 mm x 457 mm (3 po x 18 po) sur les rouleaux avant et
arrière
(figure 2)
. Ne pas positionner la bande abrasive sur la bride noire comme indiqué
à la
figure 3
. S
’
assurer que les flèches de la bande abrasive et sur la ponceuse pointent
dans la même direction.
3. Remettre le levier en place (vers l
’
arrière) pour mettre la courroie de nouveau sous
tension.
Para instalar la banda:
1. Hale la palanca de color naranja que se muestra en la
Figura 1
para liberar la tensión.
2. Coloque la banda de lijado de 76 mm x 457 mm (3” x 18”) en posición sobre los rodillos
frontal y posterior
(Figura 2)
. No ponga la banda sobre el reborde negro que se muestra
en la
Figura 3
. Asegúrese de que las flechas que se encuentran sobre la banda de lijado
y sobre la lijadora apunten en la misma dirección.
3. Empuje la palanca hacia atrás para tensar la banda de lijado.
