Beckett Model 7505 - Manual

Beckett Model 7505

The Beckett GeniSys™ 120V Model 7505 Advanced Burner Control serves as a critical safety and operational system for residential and light commercial oil burners, including boilers, furnaces, and water heaters with firing rates under 20 GPH. This device acts as a primary safety control, integrating flame detection via cad cell sensors, programmable delays, and relay protection to ensure secure operation. Key areas covered include electrical specifications (voltage, current, frequency ratings) and environmental constraints (temperature, moisture limits), alongside detailed installation and wiring guidelines for proper mounting and compliance with local codes. The manual also addresses diagnostic procedures, such as troubleshooting lockouts, priming burner pumps, and verifying operational sequences through status lights and reset functions. Safety warnings emphasize professional installation and maintenance to prevent hazards like electrical shock or frozen plumbing damage.
