High performance appliance
adds instant RAID protection and
ensures high storage availability
ATTO FastStream SC Appliances are scalable
RAID controllers that deliver high performance
access to data and data protection for applications
in DVA and IT infrastructures including 4K and 2K
digital film production, high-definition video post,
digital prepress, disk-to-disk backup, audio pro-
duction, email compliance, data warehousing,
data mining and transaction based environments.
The ATTO FastStream SC 7700 provides blazing-
fast performance and instant RAID parity protec-
tion to any storage device with a Fibre Channel
connection using a simple “one-click” installation.
Designed as a 1U external appliance which inte-
grates with Fibre Channel connected storage to
provide instant RAID protection and advanced
intelligence over several JBOD or RAID arrays,
FastStream appliances can be seamlessly
integrated into an existing storage environment to
provide blazing-fast access to valuable assets.
Existing RAID volumes can be expanded, mirrors
added or RAID levels changed dynamically while
keeping all data intact.
The FastStream SC 7700 also adds advanced
intelligence features such as Phone home email
alerts, real-time performance metrics, N-way
mirroring, global hot spares and more. Users can
add storage as needed, when needed with the
capacity expansion feature.
The ATTO FastStream Storage Appliance offers
the latest in performance and connectivity. Using
the “one-click” set-up wizard provided by the
ExpressNAV™ Storage Manager, installation,
configuration and management have never been
easier
